Abstract:
With the continuous deepening of the construction process of national park system, the collaborative regulations and development mechanism of protected areas are also constantly being optimized. The Three-River-Source National Park is one of the earliest areas to implement the community collaborative regulations and development mechanisms. This paper first took the carrying capacity of cordyceps resources in Qumalai County as the analysis object, and empirically evaluated the development of the carrying capacity of cordyceps resources from 2009 to 2018 under the influence of the community collaborative regulations and development mechanism in the county. The analysis found that, the cordyceps resource carrying capacity has gradually increased from a low level, which may be due to the development mechanism of collaborative regulations of protected areas, but the overall evaluation score was still low, indicating the need to strengthen the sustainable governance of the collaborative regulations and development mechanism in the future. To further explore the impact of the collaborative regulatory development mechanism on the community, this paper further focused on a typical local community and used the method of socio-ecological production landscapes and seascapes (SEPLS) to evaluate the landscape resilience level under the influence of the community’s contemporaneous mechanism. The research and analysis shown that the community collaborative regulations and development mechanism was conducive to the sustainable use of natural resources and to the sustainable development of communities. Finally, this paper discussed the relevant elements of the collaborative regulations and development mechanism to provide relevant theoretical inspiration and policy implications.
