Abstract: Under the requirements of the “five-in-one” overall layout China has begun to integrate and build a natural reserve system with national parks as the main body. as an important part of planning. On the other side, ecological space and ecological red line are important components of national territory spatial planning. Chinese nature park is important supplement of natural protected areas, which have rich categories, complex management and planning, closely related to the community and the tourism. And there is cross-reference relationship between ecological red line and boundaries of nature park. After the unified management, the natural parks have faced many challenges in the protection and management rules. Including whether different parks need a unified method, and how to partition, how to distinguish priorities of management. This article tries to comb the laws, planning system, partition system and control objects of nature parks, and the land space planning regulations, suggest the natural park partition by function and protection-level grade at the same time. Make positive and negative list dynamically base on industry and social development. Hope to provide reference for the relevant departments.
