Abstract:
The spread of pine wood nematode is a serious threat to the pine forest ecosystem security and also causes immeasurable economic losses. In this study, bibliometric methods were used to analyze the literature in the WOS (Web of Science) database and CNKI (China National Knowledge Infrastructure) database. The results showed that the research on pine wood nematode was in the budding period from 1980 to 1990, the rapid development period from 1991 to 2005, and the fluctuating growth period from 2006 to 2021, and showed an overall upward trend year by year. The distribution of disciplines has been further expanded. Asian countries showed high motivation in the field of pine wood nematode disease, but their influence was lower than that of European and American countries. The domestic cooperation and exchanges of various institutions were not frequent enough, and a stable author group has not been formed among the core authors. The research focus was on the mechanism of pine wood nematode, and its breakthrough direction was the molecular level. The research methods and ideas of pine wood nematode in CNKI have always been in a conventional state, and the innovation was not high.
