Abstract: The general office of the CPC central committee and the general office of the state council issued the guiding opinions on the establishment of a nature reserve system with national parks as the main body, which clearly put forward that appropriate areas should be designated in the control areas of nature reserves to carry out ecological education, natural experience and ecotourism activities. How to promote the high-quality development of nature reserve tourism is a key topic of academic and industry. In this conversation, 13 young scholars discussed the high-quality development of tourism in nature reserves: resource protection and innovative development. The relevant views are as follows: 1) Straightening out the relationship between nature conservation and tourism development, taking into account different types of nature reserves, strengthening cultural tourism integration and enriching product supply are the key to boost the high-quality development of tourism in nature reserves; 2) High quality development of nature reserve tourism needs to be based on the concept of innovation, coordination, openness and sharing, innovate management methods, coordinate interest relations, establish a multi governance and unified management mechanism, and realize interest sharing through open development; 3) High quality development of nature reserve tourism needs to attach importance to the participation of community residents and small tourism enterprises, and guide tourists to form and establish a healthy and reasonable environment view; 4) The high-quality development of nature reserve tourism needs to strengthen the cultural value empowerment, reflect the educational function, strengthen the environmental responsibility of tourists, and establish the psychological connection between tourists and tourism destination.
