Abstract:
With the development of information technology, the internet has gradually become part of public life, and network reviews have become an important channel to understand the characteristics of public perception. The study of public recreation perception provided a theoretical basis and reference for the planning and construction of national parks. This study took Patatson National Park as a sample, selected the online review data of Ctrip for five years, and analyzes the public’s perception characteristics of recreation from the perspective of text and photos through softwares such as ROST CM6. The results showed that recreational landscape was the focus of public perception, and the lake landscape represented by gudu lake and Bitahai lake was the focus of public attention. In addition, the animal landscape represented by squirrels and yaks and the human landscape represented by pastures were also concerned by the public. The public satisfaction with Patatson National Park was generally high, but the satisfaction with ticket prices and other management measures was low. Therefore, in the future construction and management of recreation areas, the relevant departments should improve the management service level, increase the development of the human landscape and improve the recreation function of Patatson National Park to meet the public recreation requirements.
