Abstract: The harmonious relationship between ecological environment construction and socio-economic development plays an important role in promoting regional sustainable development. Taking Zhejiang Province as the research object, this paper constructs a comprehensive evaluation index system of ecological and economic coordinated development in Zhejiang Province through an analytic hierarchy process, and analyzes the coordination degree of ecological and economic development of cities in Zhejiang Province based on SuperMap idesktop 9D. The results show that: 1) The total eco economic index of northeast Zhejiang is better than that of Southwest Zhejiang, which is the result of the joint action of economic development and ecological protection. 2) Through two typical case studies of the west corridor and beautiful countryside, this paper shows the coordinated development of ecological economy in Zhejiang Province from the perspective of an emerging economy and traditional economy. 3) Only the coordinated development of ecological environment and social and economic development can the society realize the real sustainable development.
