Abstract:
In the past decades, the construction of nature reserves in China has made remarkable achievements, which provides a good foundation for the construction of ecological civilization in China. The relevant legislation of nature reserves plays an important role in promoting the rapid development of nature reserves, protecting natural ecosystems and natural heritage, saving rare and endangered wildlife, and cracking down on various illegal and criminal activities that damage nature reserves, playing an important and positive role in maintaining the natural ecological balance, ensuring the ecological security of the land, promoting coordinated economic development and social progress, and fulfilling relevant international obligations. However, in the new era of ecological protection requirements and the construction of the national park as the core of the natural reserve system, the current legislative system of nature reserves has been unable to meet the actual management needs and development goals. In order to further promote the construction of new nature reserve system and build nature reserves faster and better, the legal construction of nature reserves must go out new roads. This paper analyzed the achievements, legislative status and legislative problems of nature reserves in China, and explored solutions to existing problems.
